Boscov’s Department Stores
is the largest chain of privately-owned department stores in the United
States. Consolidated Engineers provides fast-track engineering for
construction of new stores and renovations to existing stores in the
chain.

The store at Exton Square Mall is an example of new construction.
Consolidated Engineers designed the HVAC, plumbing and electrical
systems for the expanded store. The engineering drawings for this
project were completed in 5 weeks. |

In addition to new construction, Boscov’s also regularly upgrades
existing stores in the chain. These projects have their own challenges
since the stores need to remain open during the renovation process. |
