Consolidated
Engineers designed the HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems for
the facility. The HVAC system is a 4-pipe fan coil system with a
central water-cooled rotary chiller providing chilled water and two (2)
flexible tube water boilers providing hot water. Domestic water is
generated by a high-efficiency natural gas-fired domestic hot water
boiler or it can be generated from the heating hot water boiler output
through a semi-instantaneous water-to-water heat exchanger. The
automatic temperature control system is a DDC system interfaced with
central computer station for global control and monitoring capability. |
