Frederick Mennonite Community
expanded
its facilities with the construction of a three-story,
one-bedroom assisted living apartment building with 48
apartments; a one-story with basement, 24 room building for
Alzheimer’s and memory impaired residents, and a new central
mechanical and electrical equipment building.

Consolidated
Engineers designed the mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection systems
for the building. These systems included horizontal, ducted
water-source heat pumps; indoor air handling units with air-cooled
condensers for pre-treatment of outside air in the assisted living
building; new central mechanical and electrical rooms, packaged rooftop
air conditioning units. |
