Consolidated Engineers was hired as the LEED consultant for the Jenkins Arboretum Education Center addition and renovation project located in Devon, PA.  At the beginning of our involvement, the project design had already been completed.  The original design considered many sustainable concepts, but the LEED process was not incorporated.  CE was tasked with reviewing all of the original design documents and make recommendations on revising the design to assure LEED - GOLD certification.  CE also functioned as the LEED administrator for the documentation portion of the project.
