Phoebe Berks Village
is a
retirement community which provides three levels of care:
independent living, assisted living and nursing care. The
entire retirement community houses 500 residents. Those who
choose independent living can choose between cottages or
apartments. The apartments are located in six four-story
buildings that are part of the complex.

Consolidated
Engineers designed the HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and electrical
systems for the independent living apartment units. |

Warfel Construction
was in charge of the project. Consolidated was hired by Medlar
Electric/Bohrer-Reagan as a design-build team. Consolidated provided
limited scope documents for this project. |
