The Sovereign Plaza is a high
profile office building for Sovereign Bank and the City of
Reading, Pennsylvania. |

Consolidated Engineers designed the HVAC,
plumbing, fire protection and electrical systems for this project.
Exterior building accent lighting was designed to accentuate the
building's architectural features. A full-building emergency
back-up power system allows the entire facility to operate during a
power outage. The building's data center is fully integrated with
the building control center. The building is also protected with a complete fire
alarm, fire protection and security systems. |
