Westminster Village
is a
retirement community consisting of independent living
apartments and an assisted living facility. The building
containing the assisted living unit was renovated to provide
more space for residents. Offices were moved into an
adjacent building which allowed that space to be converted
into resident rooms. The Westminster assisted living unit
can accommodate 110 residents.

Consolidated
Engineers provided the design of the HVAC, plumbing and electrical
systems. |

Special attention
was given to the lighting to create a warm, home-like environment. This
was achieved using indirect and residential type lighting fixtures such
as wall sconces and downlights in common areas and general lighting and
table lamps in individual rooms. |
