Pool dehumidification unit with pool gutter return
The Child and Career Development Center of the Chester County Intermediate Unit is located off East Lincoln Highway in Coatesville, Pennsylvania. The project included renovations to the kitchen, cafeteria, occupational/physical therapy area, therapy pool and locker area of the existing school. The school provides education support programs for a range of learning disabilities affecting students in the Chester County Intermediate Unit Area.
The project included modifications and expansion to the existing air distribution in the cafeteria, occupational/physical therapy area and locker area. A new pool dehumidification unit was installed at the therapy pool, utilizing the pool gutter system as the return to the unit, providing optimal air distribution of the space.
The lighting system consists of dimmable LED lighting throughout the area of renovations, with occupancy sensor override.
The low voltage system modifications consist of modifications to the wired data network, intercommunications system and addressable fire alarm system as required.
